The course outcome of application of best practices for the completion of a training needs assessment has been the most useful for this course. This is because of the ways in which the actual requirement for every trainee to be trained in specific ways and specific professional/organizational areas can be identified. It is important to identify the need for training for an employee so that the effort and time spent in training does not get wasted. I learned from this course that there can be ADDIE model and other models utilized and applied to customize designs of every organization’s training plans.
